Black and Latino Men Read Essay Contest - Stay College Connected
Entrants are asked to write an essay about a book that impacted them in any way. Their essay should include: book’s title, author’s name, brief summary of the plot, one or two paragraphs explaining how the book impacted them.
Requirements:
Must be 14 years of age or older to participate.
Attending high school or college/university in the United States.
Award: $1000
Due: October 31st, 2020
Creative Biolabs Scholarship Program
Requirements:
Enrolled as a freshman undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D. student at an accredited college or university
Majors in science-related field such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Molecular Biology
Minimum GPA: 3.0

National Institute of Health (NIH) Undergraduate Scholarship Program
Requirements:
U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident
Enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited 4-year undergraduate institution located in the U.S.
Minimum GPA: 3.3/or within the top 5 percent of your class
Having 'Exceptional Financial Need' as certified by your undergraduate institution financial aid office
Award: Up to $20,000 + paid research training at the NIH in the summer + paid employment and training at the NIH after graduation

Carrington-Philbert Scholarship
Requirements:
African-American Student planning to attend a U.S. 2-year community college or 4-year college
Award: $2,500

National Hispanic Health Foundation Scholarship
Requirements:
The 2020 National Hispanic Health Professional Scholarship is open to any student enrolled full time in the following accredited graduate programs:
• Medicine: allopathic or osteopathic
• Dentistry
• Pharmacy
• Nursing (including BSN)
• Public Health/Policy
• Physician AssistantEligible students must be enrolled full time for the 2020-2021 academic year.
